Bill was so great at leading us through selling our home of 41 years. With no experience of selling our property:
We didn’t have an idea of what to ask for the sale.
We needed to not sell to soon because of our move in date at our condo.
We had a lot of things to get moved out.
Bill advised us to get inspection of septic system, basement walls and leaks of any water fixed, and a whole home inspection. This was great advise, we then just referred to reports for condition of property.

Before asking Bill Stepp to be my realtor, I knew him as an active member of my church and an auctioneer who often donated his time for fundraising auctions for various community charities. I chose him primarily for his honesty and integrity.
I was selling a property as a POA and needed a fair market value for the property and then several months later, I needed a realtor to sell the property. Bill did both, arriving promptly at appointments and guiding me through the sale process. I wanted to start showing the property immediately but Bill said that it would show better if it was empty. He set the price at a level that seemed too high to me. But Bill's expertise in marketing and knowing the market proved out as within 2 days of listing, the property sold for full listing price.
